Graduated from National University of Singapore in 1983; Er. Tan has extensive professional experiences on environmental, engineering and program/project management in the sectors of Oil & Gas, Water and Wastewater, Energy & Power, Chemical and Petrochemical, Building and Construction, Industrial Plants, Mass Rapid Transit, Climate Change and other infrastructure projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, China, India and Australia. He was the Regional Managing Director of Ramboll Environ (Asia Pacific) and Regional Director of CH2MHill responsible for the environmental business in Asia Pacific Er. Tan is the former President of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore, past President of the Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP) and Vice President of World Federation of Engineering Organisation (WFEO), presently he is the chairman of Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Engineers Coordinating Committee, Treasurer and Executive Board member of WFEO; and Governing Board member of International Engineering Alliance (IEA). Er. ER. CHONG KEE SEN

Er. Chong has more than 30 years of engineering practices, he had executed various large infra-structure projects. In the petro-Chemical manufacturing industry, he had carried out project for the ExxonMobil’s Jurong Island, polymer storage facilities and the Ethylene Cracker Plant that produces ethylene, propylene and other downstream specialty chemicals. For the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, he had carried out project for Novartis, Alcon, Pfizer, GSK, MSD projects in Singapore. For creation of land spaces, he had carried out design and project management supporting design and build contractors in soil improvement as well as land reclamation at Tekong, Changi East, Punggol, Coney island and Marina South. Er. Chong also specializes in the design of near-shore maritime facilities, like the ExxonMobil’s Solids Handling Pier and 16000 DWT loading jetty, International Cruise Terminal at Marina South and container berths at Pasir Panjang, Singapore. Er. Chong Kee Sen is the Immediate Past President of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore, the President of the NTU Civil and Environmental Engineering Alumni Association, he is also a member of the NTU programme advisory committee for the B. Eng (Civil) programme. He was a Board Member of the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, he also served in various industry and government agencies committees.
ER. S. YOGEESWARAN
Executive Director, Board Member
Graduated from National University of Singapore in 1987 with a Bachelor of Engineering, and a MSC in Acoustics Vibration and Noise Control from Heriot Watt University. In addition obtained the Master in Business Administration from SMU in 2016, he is a former Board Member of Professional Engineers Board, Singapore. Er. Yogee provides consultancy and inspection services in mechanical works since April 2004. Prior to set up his practice, he has 13 years of experience in safe and efficient power station operation , commissioned the Combined Cycle Power Plant( CCPP) and the Steam Plant; carried out studies on boiler tubes; project management; managed the Services and Maintenance Contract for the CCPP. Implemented process management, carried out maintenance of building services and established and maintained the Total Company Training Plan.
DR BINDU N LOHANI

Dr. Lohani served as Ranking Vice-President of ADB , Knowledge Management and Sustainable Development and prior to that Vice President of Finance & Administration . He was Director General and Chief Compliance Officer of Regional and Sustainable Development Department . Prior to joining ADB, he worked as Head of Department of Environmental Engineering Department at Asian Institute of Engineering ( AIT) and before that with the government of Nepal. Dr Lohani serves as a Member of the Board of AIT , International Global Environmental Studies( IGES ) Japan , Asian Water Council ( Korea) and as Head of Global Climate Change Practices at Centennial (USA) and Member of Advisory Council at Ingersoll-Rand Plc ( USA). He is an elected member of the National Academy of Engineering of the United States and Diplomat of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
DR. BOH JAW WOEI

Dr. Boh graduated from University of Liverpool with a 1st Class Honors in Civil Engineering and obtained the NUS President Research Fellowship for his work on Blast Barriers Against Hydrocarbon Explosion, part of a large-scale industrial project conducted by Imperial College London. He has more than 20 publications in international journals, conferences and industry funded report, including one which was awarded the James Watt Medal by Institution of Civil Engineers. In his professional career, Dr. Boh has extensive experience in the area of structural design and analysis, finite element analysis, project management, tender and business development for both local and international infrastructural projects.
DR. BUDI D.NOTOWIDJOJO

Graduated with PhD in Materials Engineering from Wollongong University (Australia 1990) and MBA in Strategic Management from University of Pittsburgh (USA 1992). He has been an Entrepreneur and Business Consultant with more than 20 years experiences and with diversified business interests ranging from Special Steels, Industrial Chemicals, Automotive Foundries and Strategic Investments. Dr. Budi has extensive experiences in the area of Mining, Cement, Pulp & Paper, Palm Oil, Defence, Oil & Gas, Energy & Power, Automotive, Petrochemical and Infrastructure projects in Indonesia, SEA countries, China , Middle East and Australia.
ELAINA OLIVIA CHONG

Elaina is a Project Finance practitioner with over 15 years entrepreneurial experience, specializing in project development, project finance structuring, and financial modelling of building and infrastructure projects in Africa and emerging markets, with stakeholder management expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM). Involved in investor relations for projects and listed companies in sectors of real estate, O&G, environmental engineering, and marine & offshore engineering. Graduated from the Department of Building, National University of Singapore with a MSc Project Management with Project Finance Specialization and holds a First-class honors from the University of Surrey, UK obtained under a Singapore Government scholarship. Recipient of the Singapore Society of Project Managers Book Prize for outstanding academic achievement, a judge for the Built Environment Industry (BEI) Asia Awards and a regular speaker at global Green Building & Infrastructure conferences.

CHAN MUN WEI
Sustainability Strategy
Mun Wei started out his career as a management executive in Singapore Airlines. For more than 20 years, he has worked in Singapore in the private and public sectors in various capacities, and has experience in functional areas such as sustainability, strategy, policy and planning, data analytics, risk management, operations, sales, marketing and investment promotion. From 2009 to 2018, he was the Divisional Director of Corporate Planning at Sentosa Development Corporation, which is the government agency that develops and manages Sentosa as an international leisure and tourism destination. His accomplishments included developing and implementing the Sentosa Sustainability Plan along environmental, social and governance dimensions; integrating Sentosa’s future land-use with key strategic drivers such as guest experience and sustainability; and formulating a long-term visitorship model. Mun Wei graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Master of Arts in Education, and subsequently completed a MBA at the National University of Singapore.
DR. FLORDELIZ Y. GUARIN
Environmental Management and Impact Assessment
Flordeliz has more than 40 years of professional experience in the international environmental consulting industry. She has extensive exposure to various environmental management works, from Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management & Monitoring Plan (EMMP), and Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) due diligence and audit. As an experienced Lenders’ Consultant (International Finance), she took on projects executed for renowned international institutions such as World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Finance Corporation (IFC), US AID, and Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA). In addition to her technical expertise, Flordeliz is also adept in communicating the results of environmental studies to the public, having been involved regularly in stakeholder meetings with policymakers, academics, legislators, and non-governmental organisations. Her career has seen her take on projects in all Southeast Asian countries and also in China, the Middle East, and Azerbaijan.
KHAIRUDIN SAHAROM
Sustainable Architecture, Urban Planning
Khairudin is a sustainability-driven architect and master planner with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. His passion for sustainability traces back to the early years of his career, notably when he received the NYAA/HSBC National Youth Environmental Award in 1998 for integrating environmental sustainability as a prominent focus in his projects. Some of the distinguished projects which Khairudin spearheaded include the development of hotel and common facilities as part of King Bay Development in Hainan Island, China, and proposal for the 116-unit Setia Tropika cluster housing in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Khairudin’s leadership in the industry is evidenced by his appointment as a board member of various governing agencies in Singapore, namely Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) and Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB) in the present, as well as Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Building Construction Authority (BCA) in the past. He is a Registered Qualified Person (QP) with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) and is a Corporate Member of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA).
KRISHNA SADASHIV
Carbon, Climate Change, and Sustainability
Sadashiv is a former Partner (Retd.) at Ernst & Young (EY) Singapore and was EY’s Managing Director (ASEAN) for Climate Change and Sustainability Service practices. Throughout his career which has spanned more than four decades, Sadashiv has consulted an extensive breadth of clients in ASEAN, from government agencies to large corporations to SMEs across industry sectors, on the topics of climate change, environmental and social impact, and their disclosure through sustainability reporting. He has also provided training at various workshops on climate change, sustainability, and assurance of sustainability reports and green bonds. Representative projects include policy advisory engagement with the National Environment Agency to set up the corporate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions measurement and reporting system, advisory services for DiGi Malaysia’s Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) reporting, carbon verification of PT Smart (Golden Agri Group), and sustainability reporting assurance and advisory for City Developments Limited, Wilmar, Singtel, and other corporations across ASEAN.

Water Resources Management
Tuck Wai has more than 20 years of professional experience in the planning & development of water systems with focus on the application of technologies. He is a process engineer by training and has delivered capital projects across the full water cycle (i.e. wastewater treatment, catchment management, stormwater conveyance, sewerage system, drinking water treatment, water reuse, and seawater desalination). Tuck Wai’s recent focus on integrating various smart technologies and solutions into water management and engineering projects has seen him driving the digital transformation in the water management industry. Notable projects include the development of digital twin of Changi Water Reclamation Plant for the Public Utilities Board (PUB) of Singapore, smart metering infrastructure, coastal adaptation for reservoirs, floating solar PV systems, the award-winning Tuas Desalination Plant, and Bangalore Water & Wastewater Master Plan.

Tim is a practicing urban planner, surveyor and project director with extensive experience in planning, engineering and managing smart city and digital infrastructures to drive social and environmental goals. He has over 10 years of experience in providing sustainability design and data analytics solutions for both private and public sectors in Asia, Europe and North America. Tim is a chief architect, designer and analyst of iBEAM, a fully automated assessment-cum-data analytics platform for green building assessment and assessment management. Tim's width of expertise ranges from sustainable town planning, green building project management and ESG data solution. Tim has worked with various multinational firms in the green and sustainability industry, including Green Business Certification Inc. in the U.S., Arup Group in the U.K. and BEAM Society Limited in Hong Kong. Stella obtained her Bachelor of Engineering from Pelita Harapan University, Faculty of Science and Technology, Industrial Engineering program. She specializes in Robotics and Industrial Automation. She then pursued her post-graduate degree in Business Process Re-Engineering and Management Consultancy in Leeds Beckett University, Leeds, United Kingdom. Throughout her professional path, Stella had the opportunities to work and collaborated with some of Indonesia’s, Japan’s, UK’s and Europe’s prominent companies including multi-national companies, Stateowned Enterprises to unicorn startups from various industrial sectors, namely: FMCG, Finance & Banking, Coal Mining, Manufacturing, Real Estate & Property, Telecommunication, Transportation, Legal, and many more. With more than thirteen years of professional experience, Stella has obtained numerous practical insights and hands-on experiences in business process management, sustainability strategy and implementation, corporate strategy, branding and strategic corporate communication, and its implementation across industry sectors.
