TEMBUSU Asia has been engaged by a major EPCM Company for providing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) services during the construction stage of their upcoming mega chemical plant in Tuas area of Singapore. Prior to this project, TEMBUSU Asia has provided consultancy services for the client during the design stage to fulfil its duty as an Occupier of construction workplace under WSH Act and related regulations.

The consultance scope include assistance in the preparation of WSH framework for EPCM project covering WSH management plans & procedures. It also includes the review of existing company WSH documents to identify an gaps vis-a-vis Singapore WSHframework. We will deploy the WSH consultant at site to inspect and review of implementation of site WSH practices. Also, our scope includes Design-for-Safety (DfS) services in which our registered DfS Professional will assist client to fulfil its duties under DfS regulation. We will also help client in preparation of external CONSASS audit of WSH management system.
