TEMBUSU Asia Consulting (TAC) is a proud consulting partner to one of Asia-Pacific's leading banks in their commitment to a sustainable future. TAC assisted the client in establishing a comprehensive greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting inventory, encompassing all three scopes as outlined by the GHG Protocol and developed a decarbonisation roadmap. 

TAC commenced with an introductory training program on carbon accounting. After which TAC conducted a thorough Scope 3 screening exercise to identify the most significant indirect emissions categories within the bank's portfolio and identified financed emissions as a key category. The team facilitated the collection of GHG emissions data across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 within the bank's operations. Utilising the gathered data, TAC established a clear baseline for the bank's total GHG emissions. Leveraging expertise in Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), TAC collaborated with the bank to craft a comprehensive decarbonisation roadmap across all emission scopes.
