TEMBUSU Asia Consulting was commissioned to conduct an Environmental Impact Study (EIS) for the land clearance of an industrial development in north-western Singapore.

The scope of this EIS includes a biodiversity study to establish the ecological baseline of the project site, an assessment of the impacts of land clearance on the environment, and the recommendation of appropriate measures to mitigate these impacts. TEMBUSU Asia will also conduct biodiversity awareness training to brief key personnel on biodiversity issues pertaining to the project, including species found at the project site, the importance of biodiversity conservation, and ways to avoid human-wildlife conflict. We believe that by working with and providing sound recommendations to the Client, we will be able to help minimise adverse impacts on the surrounding natural environment for the duration of this project.
