TEMBUSU Asia Consulting is engaged to carry out due diligence of a corporate Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Social management system for a Pharmaceutical company. The scope includes assessment of the corporate EHS and social management system to determine compliance with International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards on Social and Environmental Sustainability and national EHS & social regulations. As part of assessment, Singapore manufacturing facility is to be audited as a representative site and EHS and Social Action Plan will be prepared based on key due diligence findings. The aim is to assist Client in investment decision based on the EHS & Social due diligence.
