TEMBUSU Asia Consulting was awarded a project in Singapore by an EPC company to provide consultancy services for a food and beverage processing company to convert an existing warehouse to a manufacturing plant. The scope includes a design review on civil & structure, building services, fire protection and detection system, design for safety, energy efficiency opportunities assessment etc. and to obtain clearance from various planning and technical authorities.  TAC also provides statutory site supervision and support throughout the construction stage in order to obtain certificate of statutory completion. Through the conversion process and repurposing of their existing warehouse, TAC supports our Client in keeping their carbon emission footprint low, which is in line with our commitment to SDG#9: “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure”.
