  • Consultant / Senior Consultant | Flora Specialist
    Job Description & Requirements Roles & Responsibility Plan and conduct flora surveys in a range of different habitat types in Singapore Assist with data entry, statistical analyses, provision of flora-specific and/or arboricultural recommendations, and the preparation of technical reports including Environmental Impact Studies. Provide support for other tasks, including administrative tasks, capacity building, project management and business development, depending on the needs of the company. Requirements Degree from an accredited institution with a background in plant ecology/botany/life science/environmental science or other program with relevant experiences. Ability to identify plants from various forested habitats in Singapore Minimum 3 years working as a flora specialist in Singapore, senior position requires 6 years of relevant experiences. ISA-certified arborist certification is highly desirable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with GIS, basic R coding and viewing Autocad drawings Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word Attention to detail, with outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Consultant | Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
    Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities Conduct site supervision on Environmental Management & Monitoring Plan (EMMP) Oversee the implementation of the monitoring of noise, vibration, water quality, air quality, ecology and other environmental parameters by contractors at site according to the EMMP Liaise closely with contractors, project manager, and other specialists to ensure proper implementation of EMMP measures Act as the point of contact for the company Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with EMMP requirements by contractors Compile and evaluate monitoring data from contractors to prepare monthly Environmental Performance Reports (EPR) Conduct regular biodiversity awareness trainings to construction personnel Good knowledge on environmental regulations in Singapore would be advantageous Ability to work independently would be advantageous The candidate will be stationed at the project’s construction site full-time for two or more years Provide support for other tasks, including administrative tasks depending on the needs of the company Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science, Diploma, or other Professional qualifications will be considered. Good technical skills and understanding of construction activities supported with good report writing and communication skills 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred, training will be provided during the course of work.
  • Consultant / Senior Consultant – Terrestrial & Marine Fauna specialist
    Job Summary The Consultant / Senior Consultant will play a key role in leading and managing projects related to terrestrial and marine biodiversity surveys, environmental impact assessments, and the environmental management of development sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in environmental management, biodiversity impact assessment, excellent project management skills, and a team player with leadership abilities and exceptional communication and writing skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct terrestrial and marine biodiversity surveys, including field data collection, analysis, and reporting for a range of different habitat types in Singapore and SEA region. Lead and manage Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Biodiversity Impact Assessment and Environmental management and monitoring projects. Prepare statistical analysis on environmental performance (i.e. EIA and BIA) and submit technical reports to relevant authorities (i.e. NParks, URA, NEA, PUB etc) Provide expert advice on biodiversity conservation, habitat restoration, and sustainable land and marine management practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outputs. Prepare technical and financial proposals for potential projects. Qualifications and Experience A bachelor / master’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Marine Biology, Conservation Biology, Zoology or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience for consultant and 5-7 years of experience for senior consultant in terrestrial and/ or marine biodiversity surveys, EIAs, and EMMP Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on capacity building and mentorship for senior positions. Exceptional written and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis, QGIS, basic R coding and MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
