ECO-TOWNSHIP DEVELOPMENT
(ANGOLA, AFRICA)

This project included the development of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) for a 310-ha Mixed Used eco-township development project in Porto Amboim town, Kwanza Sul Province, Angola.  The development comprises water and power supply, waste treatment, roads, telecommunication, social housing, commercial and industrial facilities valued at US$1.0 B. Private finance structure, as well as a sustainable economic strategy for the township. Government liaison with policy makers in various Public Ministries & Agencies (Urbanism & Housing, Energy & Water, Communications, Transport, Finance) was an important component of the project.
